Prarthita Nath is a current junior at Alma College, Michigan, USA. She is studying Political Science with a Progamme of Emphasis on International Relations and a minor in Environmental Studies.. She has been passionate about Model UN since the 8th grade. She has been a part of the Alma College Model UN team since her sophomore year of high school and has competed in New York while representing countries such as Brazil, Morocco and Egypt as a freshman and sophomore in college.Prarthita is involved in several activities on campus such as the dance company, choir, Amnesty International and is currently serving as the treasurer for the International Club. She is also a acurrent brother in the Nationa Fraternity known as Alpha Phi Omega who’s motto is Leadership, Friendship and Service. She has taken part in several community service events and has been an active participant of Pratisandhi since April. She is immensely passionate about human rights, peacebuilding and women and children.
